How to return products
Follow these instructions to return goods:
Damaged or broken goods Before returning the goods you must send an e-mail to our customer service at support@ezrvproducts.com with the following data:

The description of the item(s) you are returning

The reason for the return

Your e-mail and phone number
In your e-mail you have to indicate if you prefer to be refunded or if you want to substitute the damaged goods. You should also specify bank account where you want us to refund the money.
We will then send you an e-mail with a 'Return merchandise authorization' number (RMA#) and instructions on how to ship back the goods. Wait for our answer before returning the goods because we cannot accept any COD (cash on delivery) parcel or any return without a previous authorization.
All returned goods must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package.
Return requests must be made within 15 days of the receipt date. All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. We are not responsible for damage on returned goods. Goods to be returned should be packed carefully.
Other returns If, for any reason, you do not want to keep the goods, you may return them and get a refund. In this case you will have to pay the shipping costs. Before returning the goods you must send an e-mail to our customer service at support@ezrvproducts.com with the following data:
